You are subscribed to our Unlimited Annual Pest Control service. 

This invoice is to renew this upcoming year’s service.  We automatically schedule to come out and treat the exterior of your home in the Spring, Summer, and Fall.  If you have any needs for service in between those set dates all you have to do is give us a phone call and we’ll schedule to come out at no additional cost.
