Dominique - Business Development & Marketing

Dominique Pierce is the Head of Business Development and Marketing, bringing a people-first mindset, strategic vision, and strong industry insight to drive growth and elevate the customer experience. With a background in Property Management, she is known for building authentic, trust-based partnerships that strengthen brand presence and deliver long-term value.

Dominique’s journey into the pest control industry began as a customer, where her firsthand experience with Pete’s culture and commitment inspired her to join the team. She currently serves on the Supplier Partner Board of Directors for the Apartment Association of Kansas City, holds a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) credential, and is most proud of being a devoted mother—an influence that shapes her empathetic, purpose-driven leadership.

Shelby - KC Office Manager

Shelby is an experienced manager with a strong background in pest control operations and customer service. She excels at coordinating technician schedules, optimizing service routes, and ensuring timely, efficient responses to customer needs. Known for her clear communication, reliability, and attention to detail, Shelby plays a key role in keeping both customers and technicians supported in a fast-paced environment.

Shelby’s introduction to the pest control industry began in property management, where she worked closely with Pete’s Pest Control and developed a strong appreciation for the team’s professionalism and values. Today, she enjoys serving as the connection between customers and technicians, solving problems and ensuring smooth daily operations. Outside of work, Shelby is an animal lover who enjoys true crime, swimming, reading, video games, and spending time outdoors—interests that help keep her balanced and energized.

Michael- Kansas City
Branch Manager

Michael brings more than a decade of experience to the pest management industry, with a career rooted in an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach. Since beginning his career in 2012, he has worked across both commercial and residential accounts, earning a reputation for thorough service, practical solutions, and consistent results.

Michael’s journey started in the Chicago suburbs with an IPM-focused company, where he spent over seven years building a strong foundation and developing a lasting passion for helping customers feel at ease. Known for his calm demeanor and problem-solving mindset, he takes pride in identifying root causes and delivering clear, effective solutions that restore confidence and peace of mind.

Now based in the Kansas City area, Michael lives with his family and a lively mix of animals. He leads with resilience and determination, guided by the belief that “the only way out is through.”

Dylan - Wildlife Manager​

Dylan brings over three years of experience in pest control, with more than two years specializing in wildlife management. His expertise spans trapping, removal, and exclusion services, with a focus on understanding animal behavior and preventing repeat issues in homes and businesses. Known for his ethical approach, professionalism, and problem-solving skills, Dylan takes pride in delivering humane, effective solutions that keep people and wildlife safely separated.

Introduced to the field through family connections, Dylan quickly developed a passion for wildlife work and the technical challenges it presents. He thrives on solving unique situations, educating customers, and providing relief and reassurance while protecting property and animals alike.

Outside of work, Dylan is a creative and driven individual—an Eagle Scout, musician, and dog lover—guided by his personal philosophy: “The pessimist complains about the wind; the optimist expects it to change; the realist adjusts the sails.”

Hunter - Termite Manager​

Hunter brings six years of experience to the pest control industry, specializing in termites and other wood-destroying insects. He has treated over 1,200 homes, businesses, and multi-family properties, staying current on termite biology, behavior, and treatment methods to provide reliable protection. Known for his professionalism and trustworthiness, Hunter takes pride in helping customers safeguard their properties from these often-overlooked pests.

Hunter discovered his passion for pest control after returning to the Kansas City area, and he especially enjoys building lasting relationships with customers while solving their pest problems.

Outside of work, Hunter is a NASCAR fan, Waffle House enthusiast, semi-professional football player, FCC radio operator, SKYWARN-certified storm spotter, and once rescued a man from a burning vehicle. He lives by the motto: “I’ll try anything twice.”
